The DPS reports one person was killed this afternoon following a wreck in Jefferson County.
A passenger vehicle and a pickup were involved in a head on collision on West Port Arthur
Road, near South Garden Road. The wreck occurred around 1:00 this afternoon forcing both
lanes of West Port Arthur Road at that location to be shutdown.
