A $30,000 bond has been set on a man charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly
weapon. 40-year old Anthony Wayne Stoker, of Beaumont, is accused of beating a man with a
wine bottle at the Kroger store on Phelan Blvd in Beaumont yesterday afternoon. The victim was
transported to the hospital and was last listed in critical condition. Police continue to investigate
the circumstances around the attack.
