Two people were reportedly listed in critical condition following a shooting at the Prince
Hall Apartments in Port Arthur. Both gunshot victims were transported to St. Mary’s
Hospital by private vehicle following the shootings just past midnight. An arrest has not been
made as the investigation continues.
