The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has released additional information in the kidnapping of an
Orange County attorney. 43-year old Jim Sharon Bearden was forced from his near Bridge City
Monday morning by two men and driven to a Port Arthur bank where he was forced to remove
money from his account. Video surveillance from the area shows a maroon or burgundy colored
SUV in the area that is a possible vehicle of interest. Anyone with any information is asked to
