Beginning tomorrow, Tex-Dot will begin the final round of debris pick up along state
roadways in Jefferson, Orange, Hardin, Chambers, Liberty, Tyler, Jasper, and Newton County.
Residents living along state roadways should place any debris generated by Tropical Storm
Harvey along state right of way for pick up. The right of way is the area of residential property
that extends from the street to the sidewalk, ditch, utility p ole or easement. Residents are asked
to separate vegetative debris from construction debris.
