Port Arthur City Manager Brian McDougal has resigned. The resignation is a mutual decision
between McDougal and the Port Arthur city council. McDougal has been with the city for
nearly three years. He will receive one year of severance pay from the city. Brian McDougal’s
resignation as Port Arthur city manager is effective November 21st.
