A Jefferson County man is jailed on a charge of online solicitation. Members of the Jefferson
County Sheriff’s Department Criminal Investigation Division, Warrant Division, and Jefferson
County District Attorney’s Office, assisted the Jones Creek Marshals Office in executing a
search warrant at a home on Fairway Drive in Fannett. 32-year old Kirt Vavasseur was taken
into custody without incident. Parents are urged to monitor their children’s online activity.
