For the second time in two days, a DPS patrol was stolen. A trooper had handcuffed two
suspects after narcotics were found in a car following a traffic stop in Chambers County.
While the trooper was investigating, the handcuffed suspects were able to steal the car and
speed off. They lost control of the car On I-10 and FM 1401 and fled into a wooded area.
One suspect was quickly caught. The second was captured following a manhunt. On Sunday
