A Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Groves man for intoxication manslaughter. 47-year
old Richard Eric Bean is charged with the November 15th death of Mario Colunga. Colunga died
after his motorcycle was involved in an wreck with a pickup driven by Bean on Highway 347,
near 7th Avenue. A blood alcohol content on Bean revealed he was intoxicated at the time of
the wreck
