A man Port Arthur police had been searching for in connection with a recent carjacking,
evading arrest, and ashooting has been found dead. The body of 22-year old Javier
Palacios was found yesterday afternoon in an alley on Delaware Avenue in Port Arthur.
Palacios, a known gang member, died from multiple gunshot wounds. Anyone with any
