(Baytown, TX) -- A shelter-in-place is being issued along part of the Texas Gulf Coast due to a fire at an ExxonMobil plant. People who live west of the facility off Highway 146 at Spur 330 in Baytown are being told to not leave their homes. Flames and thick black smoke are billowing from the complex although a cause has not been released. No injuries have been reported.
