The DPS reports a 48-year old Port Arthur woman is hospitalized after she was struck by a
pickup last night in the 2600 block of Twin City Highway last night, Laura Segura walked
in front of the northbound pickup when she was hit. Segura was transported to the hospital and
was listed in serious condition. The driver of the pickup, a Louisiana man was not hurt.
