A Port Arthur man that videoed himself licking ice cream and the placing back into the
cooler has pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. 24-year old D’Adrien Anderson says he
bought the ice cream after the video and showed police the receipt from the purchase.
The charge was brought against Anderson after the Wal-Mart where it occurred threw out
all the ice cream in the cooler. Anderson will be sentenced on March 4th.
