A 15-year old and a 16-year old are recovering after they were shot yesterday morning in Port
Arthur. The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Point Apartments in the 1400 block of
Poole Avenue. One teen was shot in the upper body and the other in the arm. It is believed both
victims were bystanders when multiple shots were fired. Anyone with any information can
