Beaumont Woman Indicted For Murder

The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a woman accused of murdering and man, then

attempting to take her own like. 48-year old Naomi Loutricia Johnson, of Beaumont, is accused

of the June 30th stabbing death of 49-year old Kelvin Royce McMahon at a home in the 3000

block of Booker in Beaumont. After discovering McMahon’s body in the home, police found

Johnson in a bedroom where she had consumed poison. She claims she had been abused by

McMahon.
