The city of Beaumont reported eight additional positive cases of COV ID-19 from Tuesday
bringing the city’s total number of positive cases to 3,171. There have been 3,424 in the
Beaumont jurisdiction. 12,632 residents have been tested with 9,208 negative tests and 2,768
recoveries. The city is reporting its 61st COVID-19 death, a 22-year old man. 58 of the 61
deaths in Beaumont, the patient had underlying health issues.
