The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Port Arthur man for continuous sexual assault of
a child. On March 20th, Port Arthur police were called to the Sunset Apartments on Central Mall
Drive where the victim told police she had been shot by her uncle, 30-year old Timothy Allen
Harris. The victim told police she had been sexually assaulted by Harris on numerous occasions
over the past four years, beginning when she was nine years old.
