A 9-year old was airlifted to UTMB in Galveston following a rollover accident in western
Jefferson County yesterday. A child was a passenger in a pick up on I-10 west moved into
the other westbound lane striking an 18-wheeler causing the pickup to flip several times
A second passenger in the pickup, a 60-year old man was transported to Chrsitus St. Elizabeth
Hospital in Beaumont. Both drivers escaped injury.
