The DPS is asking for your help in locating the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a
pedestrian. 29-year old Gerald Anthony Edelen, of Houston, was struck by a vehicle on I-10,
nearly Taylor’s Bayou Bridge in Jefferson County. He was wearing a dark mask and dark
clothing while pulling a small dolly. The vehicle that struck him in the early hours of February
8th may not have realized they struck Edelen. Anyone with any information is asked to call the
Texas Department of Public Safety.
