Detectives with the Port Arthur Police Department continue to investigate the discovery of
human remains. The remains were found in a canal last week in the 3700 block of Savannah
Ave next to Motiva property. The female had the following tattoos; a cross on inner left wrist,
“Love” on right inner finger, “Shh” on right index finger, and a series of stars on her right
