A man that was on probation for licking ice cream and putting in back into the cooler at the
Port Arthur Wal-Mart has been sentenced to 180 days in jail for violating his probation. The
incident occurred in August of 2019. 26-year old D’Adrien Anderson initially served 30
days in jailed and was placed on probation. He videoed the action and eventually purchased
the ice cream after the video. The store was unaware of the purchase and replaced all the ice
cream in the cooler. Anderson’s probation was revoked yesterday.
