Representative from United Steel Workers met with ExxonMobil yesterday and no new
proposals were offered. The workers have been locked out of the Beaumont refinery since
May 1st after their contract ended.A secret ballot will sent to union workers to on November
12th to decertify theunion. Union members will have until December 22nd to decide if they
still be represented by the union.
