A Port Arthur man has been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for a carjacking. In March
of last year, 20-year old Charles Robert Knatt approached a man as he was leaving his house,
pulled a gun demanding the keys to his pickup. The victim was shot in the arm during the
carjacking. Knatt pleaded guilty to the charges this past August and was sentenced to the
20 years yesterday.
