Testimony is scheduled to get underway this morning at the Jefferson Count Courthouse in the
murder trial of 23-year old Davion Mason, who is accused of the November 2020 shooting death
of 26-year old Tevin Moore at the Plymouth Village Apartments in Beaumont. Mason turned
down a plea agreement in February that would of sent him to prison for 45 years. The trial is
taking place in the courtroom of Judge Raquel West.
