Intoxication manslaughter charges have been filed against a man in connection with a fatal
motorcycle wreck. Friday night, 47-year old James Addison was on his motorcycle in the 100
block of Gulfway Drive in Port Arthur when he was struck by a car. Addison died at the hospital.
The drive rof the car, 40-year old Christopher James of Port Arthur, is jailed under a $30,000
bond charged with intoxication manslaughter.
