A Lake Charles woman is charged with 2nd degree murder in connection with the death of her
6-month old child. 22-year old Ivy Lee flagged down a police officer saying her child was not
breathing. It was later learned the child was left in Lee’s vehicle for five hours while she was
at work. She initially claimed she left the vehicle running and a co-worker told her she turned
the vehicle off. Lee’s bond has been set at just over $1.2 million.
