A man and a woman were killed Sunday night after they were struck by an 18-wheeler on I-10,
west of Beaumont. DPS Lt. Chuck Havard tells KLVI 25-year old Deandre Wall, of Paige, Texas
and 25-year old Brandy Epps, of Henderson were crossing the interstate near Smith Road when
they were hit. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. They were attempting to get back to their
vehicle that was parked on the shoulder of the interstate.
