Port Arthur police have made an arrest in a shooting. 20-year old Mark Allen Davis is accused of
shooting his 18-year old girlfriend Tuesday night in the 1200 block of 9th Avenue. The victim
was last listed in critical condition. Davis is jailed under a $100,000 bond, charged with
aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/family violence.
