A downed transmission line in Orange County knocked out power to approximately 10,000
customers . The line feeds into several substations. Due to the outages, the West Orange-Cove School
District is delaying the start of school this morning. Early learning and elementary will start at 9:00 am.
Middle and high schools at 10:00 am. Buses will run two hours late. If you are still without power,
