A Silsbee man is jailed facing multiple charges. 28-year old Kelton Gaines is accused of waving a gun
in the parking lot of Fast Eddies in the 6400 block of Phelan Blvd around 1:00 Sunday morning. He
attempted to drive off as police arrived. He resisted officers. He is charged with evading, resisting arrest,
and unlawfully carrying a weapon. He was transported to the Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
