A second murder suspect is jailed. 30-year old Paul Edward Westbrooks is charged with two counts
of murder in connection with Monday morning’s shooting deaths of 32-year old Ahman Hayden and
31-year Roven Dotson in the 1800 block of Elgie in Beaumont. Westbrooks bonds total $1.7 million.
On Wednesday, 29-year old Dijon Ivory was arrested Wednesday. He is jailed under a $2 million bond.
