Detectives with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office have four persons of interest following a shooting at
at a home on County Road 263. The initial report stated nine teens were hit by gunfire. That number has
been changed to 11. The party and shooting followed prom at Jasper High School. Detectives are
working with the Jasper Police Department to see if shots fired into a home five miles away is
related.
