A mistrial has been declared in the aggravated assault trial of a Beaumont man. Jacory Jahmad Green
was on trial for a string of robberies that occurred in Beaumont in 2018. The jury could not reach a
verdict. This is the second time the case has ended in a mistrial. Green remains jailed under a $1.5
million bond as he is awaiting trial for the 2021 shooting death of 29-year old Tyler Womack in
Beaumont.
