A Port Neches woman has been indicted for evading arrest, assaulting a peace officer, and obstruction/
retaliation. On February 16th, Port Neches police attempted to stop 37-year old Megan Leigh Henry for a
traffic violation. She refused to stop and drove to her house where she was arrested. On the way to jail
she was able to free herself from handcuffs and kicked the arresting officer. She also threatened to harm
the officer’s children if her children were messed with.
