A Port Arthur woman is facing charges after her 1-year old was exposed to an illegal substance. Police
were called to the Exceptional Emergency Center. The child was holding a small clear bag and having
a white substance around the nose, which resulted in cardiac arrest. 30-year old Ava Chambers is
charged with injury to a child.
