The name of a man that died in an industrial accident Monday afternoon in Nederland has been
released. 27-year old Franklin Aguiar, of Dayton, fell to his death while working at the Energy Transfer
facility in the 2300 block of Twin City Highway. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation
into what led to his fall continues.
