A man from Orange has been sentenced to 2 ½ year in federal prison for firearm violations. 36-year old
Lance Steven Allen Jefferson was arrested in May of last year following a traffic stop when he was found
to be in possession of a loaded pistol. Allen, a convicted felon, is prohibited from possessing a firearm.
He pleaded guilty to the charge, was sentenced to 30 months yesterday.
