Charges have been upgraded on a Hardin County man. 50-year od Brenon Prouix is now charged with
three counts of intoxication manslaughter and one count of injury to a child. DPS says Prouix
crossed into oncoming traffic on Highway 327 on February 2nd and hit two oncoming motorcycles
killing 39-year old James Means, his 12-year old daughter Cicilla, and 37-year old Allen Wesenberg. 7-
year old Aiden Wesenberg was injured.
