Port Arthur police are investigating a shooting. It happened Sunday night. Police were called to the Bittan
Place Town homes in the 3500 block of Normandy Avenue. The 19-year old victim, who is expected to
recover, was shot on Liberty Street in Port Arthur and drove to the townhomes. An arrest has not been
made.
