A man accused of making threats against Texas Speaker of the House Dade Phelan on social media has
been indicted by the Jefferson County grand jury. 44-year old Daniel Troy LeBlanc, of Orange, is
charged with terroristic threat. Leblanc was arrested last month and is jailed under a $500,000 bond.
He faces two to 10 years in prison if he is convicted.
