For the first time, the city of Beaumont will offer an amnesty program for Class C misdemeanors.
From March 19th through April 2nd, the city will waive warrant fees for any defendant that takes
action on their citation. Tickets may be paid on phone or at Beaumont Municipal Court at 700
Orleans Street. April 3rd, the city will begin a warrant round up for individuals with outstanding
traffic violations, municipal code violations, or minor violations of state or city laws.
