This is day 5 of testimony in the capital murder trial of 63-year old Clayton Foreman, who is charged with
the 1995 murder of Mary Catherine Edwards at her Beaumont home. Today, Judge John Stevens
allowed the state to play an interview between the Texas Rangers and Foreman. The defense had earlier
objected the playing of that video. Foreman will be sentenced to life in prison if he is convicted of
capital murder as the state is not seeking the death penalty.
