U.S. environmental group, Natural Resources Defense Council, says Americans will toss 282-million-dollars worth of uneaten turkey this Thanksgiving. They say the wasted turkey contributes to the 165-billion-dollars of uneaten food Americans waste each year. The U-S-D-A says any turkey, stuffing, or gravy left out at room temperature longer than two-hours should be discarded..
