Let me get this straight. If someone does not buy into the AHC(Affordable Health Care) plan, they will get fined by the government. After all, this is a fine and not a tax(Justice John Roberts), isn’t it? So if a person cannot afford the insurance, they are fined. If they cannot afford the insurance, chances are they cannot afford the penalty. So do we, for the first time in our history, establish a debtors prison? If this smacks of something out of the 16th century, it probably is. In the 1930’s mobsters offered “protection” to merchants to keep their windows from being smashed in (by the mobsters). If you couldn’t afford the protection, you couldn’t afford the physical abuse. So you either paid or went out of business, which many did.

This is the same plan, by the way that Nancy Pelosi said we “had to pass it, then read it” or some drivel like that. As Ronald Reagan once said, “well, there you go again”.
