This month’s Texas Monthly referenced two school districts in San Antonio. “Poor District (S.A.I.S.D.) and “Wealthy District”

A .I.S.D.(Alamo Heights.) Alamo spends about 1500.00 more per student than the poor district, but also pays about three times the tax rate. So it’s inferred that maybe the wealthy district should pay some of the overage per student to equal things out in the poor district. Does this sound like re-distribution of wealth to you? Sure sounds like it to me. Actually it sounds like Sherwood Forest, where Robin Hood took from the rich and gave to the poor. It wasn’t fair, even then.
